Help with MathPop

Playing

Create one account with an email, nickname and password. Choose answers by touch or use the large keypad. A full check-up saves verified progress and can appear on the public board under an approved character alias—not your email or private nickname.

Shared tablets

MathPop remembers account names on this device so players can switch quickly. Passwords are never remembered. Sign out from Account when the tablet will leave your household or classroom.

Access and controls

Every maths question supports touch and keyboard controls. Use the motion and sound buttons at the top. Arcade games show touch controls below the game. If a control is inaccessible, stop playing and report it so an alternative can be added.

Accounts and recovery

Use Account for password reset, passkeys, recovery codes, active devices, data export and deletion. Email verification is not needed to play; it is required before secure account changes.

Safety or score concern

Public boards use approved aliases. Signed-in players can report a score and remove their own entry. For a privacy, safety, account or vulnerability concern, email mathpop@deverall.nz. Urgent safety and privacy reports are prioritised.
